Terms and Conditions

Orders

All orders are subject to stock availability. We confirm price and delivery date before any payment. The contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing.

Pricing

Prices on this site are guidance and include VAT where applicable. Final price depends on quantity, delivery postcode and trade pricing tier.

Delivery

We dispatch from UK stock. Standard mainland UK delivery is 2-3 working days. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland take longer; we will quote before dispatch.

Returns

Unused stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-cut lengths and bespoke orders are non-returnable. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where stated on the product page. GRP anti-slip strips carry a two-season warranty against delamination under normal outdoor use in the UK.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from installation or use of the products. Buyer is responsible for confirming product suitability for the intended application.
